I am the Executive Director of a non-profit organization serving low income and multi-cultural residents in Marin. The primary focus is on children & families. During this COVID19 pandemic, our organization has had to shift to focus on supporting residents by distributing funds for essential bills, delivering diapers & masks, messaging about testing, etc. I need some assistance in messaging about COVID19 Vaccines.

What we have in place
  • We currently have questions and comments from a diverse constituents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have images, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to message the targeted communities

This project is very important to the multi-cultural communities because of vaccine hestitancy to make it transparent about the vaccine.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)

Performing Stars transforms the lives of low income, primarily multi-cultural children throughout Marin County by using enrichment programs to build pride, character, discipline and self-esteem. Our programs help youth develop good work habits and positive social skills, enhance academic performance and professional readiness, improve critical thinking and communications skills, and gain the confidence they need to overcome the limitations imposed by poverty.
