What we need
- Ongoing graphic design support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
- Support may include: logo design, flyer design, branded assets for social media
- Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details
I am looking to create some graphics to use on a monthly basis in email communications to our volunteers. For example, we do a monthly recognition of volunteers celebrating milestones. So I'd like a template graphic to use that I can use each month, but change the names on the graphic.
I also would be interested in assistance with a template design for two different monthly newsletters that are distributed electronically. Currently I use the platform Constant Contact to send the newsletters.
What we have in place
- We currently have samples of what I used in 2020, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have flexibility to change, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to focus time and energy on other aspects of volunteer management, rather than graphic design.
Having graphics and templates designed by someone with a background and skillset in this area will allow our volunteers to see information in a format that has been appropriately designed. This will also save staff time in an area of little expertise, but still produce excellent quality.
