What We Need
  • Tightly-written web copy of up to to eight pages of 200-300 words each
  • The opportunity to work closely with an experienced, SEO literate copywriter
Additional Details

Infinity recently redesigned our website, and we would like to revamp our copy and imaging. We also recently started using Google AdWords and would like to ensure that our copy is well-suited for the desired outcomes of utilizing that system.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a live website with important pages and information, and are flexible in making positive changes to increase user engagement, time spent on the site, and engaging content based on provided feedback
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,073 , allowing us to utilize funds to directly impact student and community programming, linking young people to arts education and mentorship opportunities they may not have otherwise had.

As Infinity continues to grow and evolve as an organization, especially with recent upswings in digital usage. We want to ensure that our website serves both a broad purpose of educating visitors about our organization, as well as specific purposes such as increasing student enrollment and online donations.

Project Plan

Prep: Review of Current Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional meet to review Organization's website or website plan, discuss goals, and align expectations
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the brand positioning and communications plan (if available), the purpose, key messages, desired tone and target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree on a schedule for completion
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with any existing materials and content strategy to begin writing
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success
Milestone 1: Draft
  • Professional drafts SEO-optimized website copy and sends to Volunteer Manager for review
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager review copy (up to two rounds of review and revision)
