Google Workspace Set Up
Google Workspace Set Up
Project details
What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
We have a google suite set up, but it seems like permissions and who has access to what is a bit wonky. The suite's existence pre-dates many of our team members joining the org. It is also quite a bit unorganized and could use revamping in that. Likewise, I am sure we are underutilizing a good bit of it.
What we have in place
- We currently have Google Suite and email, etc all in operation, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an idea of the things we need help with to maximize GSuite, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,155 , allowing us to invest in our youth ag program
A better organized and more robust understanding of the GSuite will help us be more effective with how we manage and lead our teams as well as programs. Currently, there is a lot of time spent searching for things that we know (or sometimes just hope) exists.
Project plan
Our mission
Laying the groundwork for sustainable farm businesses
What we do

We combine education, resource sharing, land access, food production, food processing, aggregation & distribution, workforce development & training, and food access work for a holistic approach to this work.
Testimonials
Helena has been great! We made a big dent in what seemed like an overwhelming project. There is still work to be done on my org's side, but now that I have started and have clear direction, I can delegate to a team member to finish getting things re-organized. Our work session on Friday really helped move me over the hump on this project, and Helena has offered to be available for next steps as my summer intern comes on later this year to take this off my hands.
We had a great workshop session!
