What we need
  • Review of existing mission, vision and/or values
  • Analysis of the existing programs and any future plans
  • Strategic consultation surrounding the existing functions and the core needs the Organization seeks to address
  • Freshly written mission, vision & values statements
Additional details

We currently have a website, pitch deck, and general outline of our programming. We need an outside look on our messaging for mission, vision, and values for the future.

We'll want a refresh on our mission statement, a vision statement, and values statements by the end of the project.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Language and Content, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to have 7 more youth in our mentoring program.

We're in the start up phases of the organization. Having clear and concise messaging will help us reach more youth and donors.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with existing mission, vision and/or values, as well as annual reports and other relevant background materials

Milestone 1: Information Gathering & Outline
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss prep materials, the current vision, and future plans
  • Professional creates an outline for the mission, vision & values and incorporates any feedback from the Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares the first draft
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which the Professional incorporates

  • Professional delivers finalized, copy-edited version to the Volunteer Manager
