What we need
- Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
- Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
- Training on maintenance tasks
What we have in place
- We currently have a handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of ideas to implement in plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to be more efficient organization

What we do
We work to achieve our mission by building the capacity of nonprofit organizations to expand service delivery, increase resources, and develop accomplished leaders to promote positive social change in our communities.
We also provide support that engages the nonprofit community in public policy advocacy regarding various issues that directly affect their communities; and provide collaboration and networking opportunities for nonprofits to share expertise, skills and programs.
