What we have in place
  • We currently have old mission and vision statement, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have new programs and direction, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,248 , allowing us to Continue our food insecurity program

We must rebrand and share who we are now, is it is different from who we were before.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with existing mission, vision and/or values, as well as annual reports and other relevant background materials

Milestone 1: Information Gathering & Outline
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss prep materials, the current vision, and future plans
  • Professional creates an outline for the mission, vision & values and incorporates any feedback from the Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares the first draft
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which the Professional incorporates

Our mission

Nonprofit Prince George's mission is to "Advance Vibrant Communities through Excellent Nonprofits" by investing in our County's nonprofits to empower them toward excellence.

What we do

We work to achieve our mission by building the capacity of nonprofit organizations to expand service delivery, increase resources, and develop accomplished leaders to promote positive social change in our communities.

We also provide support that engages the nonprofit community in public policy advocacy regarding various issues that directly affect their communities; and provide collaboration and networking opportunities for nonprofits to share expertise, skills and programs.
