What We Need

Original design for one flyer provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
Accurate, print-ready specifications
Note: This project does not include printing

Additional Details

Creation of a flyer to use on social media outlets for upcoming events and programs.

What We Have In Place

We currently have logos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have previous year designs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

How This Will Help

This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to provide scholarships for students and pay overhead expenses.

We are a non-profit organization with min staff and resources trying to make a large impact throughout our community.

Project Plan

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials

Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual brand guidelines or examples, and finalized copy or concept for the flyer

Milestone 1: Information Gathering

Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of flyer and target audience and distribution

Milestone 2: Design Development

Professional drafts initial flyer design and sends to Organization for up to 3 rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Final Draft

Professional delivers final, designed version in desired electronic format
Professional advises on best practices for printing
