Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback
