What we need
- Set up of Organization's account in email marketing software (possible tools include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor)
- Imported contact list into software with guidance on list cleaning & management
Additional details
Someone to design email templates that are easy to update in Mailchimp.
What we have in place
- We currently have ideas for the newsletter and access to Canva Pro., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have someone dedicated to maintaining the newsletter, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,640 , allowing us to provide our uninsured members with more essential medical services.
Our newsletter will go out to providers, members, and the community. With topics varying by group. We've never had a good way to communicate with all of these groups in an efficient way and this would radically improve our awareness.
