Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one hour calls with an events professional covering topics like concept, general structure, logistics, and target attendees
  • A written summary of topics discussed, including event concept and theme, general plan, estimated budget (optional), and articulated goals (feel free to use this template as a starting point)
  • Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event
Additional details

We are beginning planning for our annual event held in May, Adaptive Adventures Celebrates. Each year we celebrate a new concept, this year was "community". 2021 event will most likely be held virtually. Would like review by professional of concept, thoughts on previous performance of event and wisdom regarding sponsorships.

What we have in place
  • We have a recording of this years event that was transitioned to virtual and comprehensive post-event reports for multiple years both virtual and in person. We have very detailed documents of the previous run of show. We also have clearly defined goals for the upcoming event. We are open to any and all ideas and appreciate feedback.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to continue focusing our dollars on our life changing programs and ultimately serving more people with disabilities and their families.

This project will help give guidance as to the direction we move in during a difficult period to capture and engage our community of supporters. We are excited for fresh perspectives. Your assistance will help ensure a successful event furthering our mission and allowing us to serve more individuals.
