Interview Training
Interview Training
Project details
What we need
- A training delivered in person or online to team members within the Organization
- Written or virtual training materials that can be used for future trainings
- Advice on frequently asked interview questions
- Recommendations for next steps to continue to improve interviewing skills
Additional details
We would like interviewing skills that are focused on informational media interviews, and less focused on interviewing for the purpose of hiring a new member. We use interviewing to create informational webinars and also to gain information from new community partners.
What we have in place
- We currently have several members who are excited to learn about this skill, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have many examples of previous interviews we have hosted, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,380 , allowing us to use these funds to support community projects and implementation of research.
This project is important because we work with a lot of different community partners, and it is good to have the skills necessary to learn about another organization in an efficient manner.

The mission is to co-create interventions with communities that focus on inherent strengths and assets that promote resiliency, especially in underserved communities of color, and to create or strengthen pathways of opportunity for all people to achieve their full potential.
