What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

Help editing YouTube and social media video posts.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a marketing team and graphic designers, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have social media volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to put out more art classes for children living in homeless shelters.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

Our mission

Create Now's mission is to empower at-risk and high-risk youth and young adults from ages 3 to 24 through a variety of arts programs in multiple disciplines that help them to heal and thrive. Our goal is to introduce them to the power of arts, and learn skills that can lead to jobs and careers.

What we do

We focus on youth who are homeless, in foster care, on probation, or experiencing other severe challenges. Create Now has reached more than 50,000 youth in 25 years.
