Project Details

What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details

We need to update our Employee Handbook to be NYS compliant which will require inclusion of paid sick leave COVID protocols.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a recently written employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an HR trained board member, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to do more employee training and development that will move us to a more team based operating culture.

We did not have an employee handbook in place and put one together and were ready to release it to the organization when COVID hit. Additionally, we are looking to adopt a more team-based operating culture. Our goal is to have a current handbook that assists with the culture change we're looking for and that also is NYS compliant.
