We need to update our Employee Handbook to be NYS compliant which will require inclusion of paid sick leave COVID protocols.
We did not have an employee handbook in place and put one together and were ready to release it to the organization when COVID hit. Additionally, we are looking to adopt a more team-based operating culture. Our goal is to have a current handbook that assists with the culture change we're looking for and that also is NYS compliant.
