What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)

We are entering our end of year giving season, and we've been bad about communicating all the great things we've done this year on social media and in our newsletter. We need 8-12 digital assets that we could post on social media during the weeks leading up to launch of the giving campaign, as well could be sprinkled in our newsletter/email blasts. I'm not sure if it makes sense to use these same 8-12 images, or if we need a different format or different content for the email/newsletter blasts.

What we have in place
  • We currently have all the data compiled and broken into separate post ideas, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have personal stories that could be leveraged, too,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide more sliding fee scale sessions to adults who otherwise would go without the care they need. During the pandemic, we have seen a surge in unemployed or furloughed adults seeking out care.

Sharing our impact and our story is one of the things that drives donations that we desperately need to help cover the costs of the mental health services we provide to the community. However, it is often the task we don't have in-house talent on hand to create and our small operating budget keeps us from hiring help to get this kind of vital marketing done.

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
