Impact Report Graphic Design
Impact Report Graphic Design
Project details
What we need
- A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details
We are seeking a designer for our annual report to be printed double-sided on 11x17 paper and folded for mailing. We will provide copy that reflects the theme "Continuum of Care" as in we have a 50-year history in our community and strive to offer affordable, reliable care with no gaps to ensure consistency and normalcy for our students. We hope to find someone who can help us translate this visually as well. We will print in-house and only seek someone to provide the files for printing.
What we have in place
- We currently have photos, logos, and brand colors, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have communication themes, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to continue providing life-changing care and developmentally appropriate programming to families of children and young adults with special needs who often cannot find this care elsewhere.
Not only do we use our annual report when setting up partnerships, meeting with donors, and other relationship building throughout the year, but our annual campaign is also one of the quarterly fundraisers essential to meeting our fundraising goal. Tuition covers many of our operating costs, but our fundraising efforts provide life-changing scholarships and allow us to innovate and expand our programming.
Project plan
Our mission
The mission of the Elaine Clark Center is to enable children and young adults of all abilities to become confident and contributing citizens of the community through an innovative model of education, therapeutic play and experiential opportunity.
What we do
The organization serves between 70 to 110 children and young adults with special needs. These individuals range in age from 6 weeks to age 25 with a variety of physical, behavioral and cognitive delays or impairments.
The Elaine Clark Center was incorporated as a nonprofit in 1969 in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1976, the organization moved to its current location at 5130 Peachtree Boulevard, Chamblee, Georgia.
In 2009, the Elaine Clark Center and another nonprofit educational center in Atlanta, Heart of Hope Academy, merged into one entity. In 2010, the Board of Directors of ECC embarked on a capital campaign to secure the funds necessary to expand the footprint of the existing structure. The purpose was to have an adequate facility and space to serve older school aged children and young adults as well as have classroom space for the Heart of Hope academy program.
Construction began in late 2016 and was completed in January 2018. With its completion, 21,000 square feet is now available to support the mission of the Elaine Clark Center for the next 50 years.
