We need digital flyers to do outreach for a webinar series.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a dedicated staff member to this project, content of webinar, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ideas for how we'll use these flyers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to allowing us to focus our limited funding to go towards other projects that require long term support

This webinar series is how we are acknowledging our 40th year anniversary. Through this series, we hope to reflect on our past accomplishments and campaign victories as well as some of the hurdles we've had to cross. Through this series we hope to be able to re-imagine our world in the next 40 years to work towards a just and equitable world.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
