What we need

  • Candidate evaluation guide for prospective board members, including suggested vetting questions and timeline
  • Marketing tools and guidance on how to execute recruitment
  • Note: This project does not include actual board recruitment on the part of the Professional
What we have in place
  • We currently have a staff member committed to the project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an articulate mission statement, core values, goals, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,822 , allowing us to save and care for so many more deserving dogs.

Our organization has been growing exponentially in the 10 years since inception (even during the pandemic). The only portion of our organization that has not grown, changed or evolved is the board and a change (upgrade) is past due.
