Project details

What we need
  • Document outlining relationship of board to your organization and metrics of board success
  • Document outlining scope of roles within board, including empty seats if applicable
What we have in place
  • We currently have Training Slides for the Board, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Bylaws and brief description of board responsibilities, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,882 , allowing us to use this funding for our students and communities we sereve.

This will help Read-Aloud board members become more accountable about the roles they play and be lead with a clear direction to reach and achieve vital goals.
