What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

We need an illustration to use on the cover of our 2020 Annual Report. In past years we have been able to capture custom photographs to use on our AR covers but COVID has limited our ability to capture an appropriate photo this year.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a theme and concept for the illustration, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a design brief that includes the cover specifications, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to house a homeless young adult for 5 1/2 months.

This project will us to beautifully capture the theme of our 2020 annual report without a photograph. COVID-19 has limited our ability to capture custom photographs this year.

  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form

Our Family's mission is to eliminate homelessness and strengthen our community.

We do this by:

Providing stability in times of crisis.

Linking people to support and resources.

Supporting social connectedness.

Engaging our neighbors to tackle tough community issues.

What we do

Since our earliest incarnation in 1953, Our Family has provided so much more than just housing. We offer a full complement of services including intensive case management, therapy for our sheltered youth, and parenting and life skills education. With programs designed to protect youth and families from the myriad of risks and dangers that come along with homelessness, we empower our most vulnerable neighbors to build a pathway to self-sufficiency. We also reach thousands of Southern Arizonans through our counseling, information and referral, conflict resolution and trainings each year.
