Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

I am a hands-on leader who is not in her comfort zone because of the necessary shift to remote work. My team is working from home for the foreseeable future, our volunteers are serving remotely, and I feel very disconnected from them. It is impacting my ability to stay connected and inspired which is my driving force. Seeking actionable advice for staying connected and improving overall morale of entire team.

What we have in place
  • I am remotely available at your convenience and can commit the hours to the project.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to continue the focus on the mission and current goals by providing support to the executive director while she continues to support the rest of the team.

I have been with the organization for 19 years and have been a successful leader up to this point. Our mission and goals remain relevant during the pandemic and we are preparing for a likely increase in the number of children who will require our services. I have always embraced organizational capacity building projects as an important step in achieving short and long term goals. My own growth as a leader and executive is critical at this time.
