What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We would also like to add enhanced details about confidentiality, IP, work product, curriculum development, and use of images or likeness in company sponsored videos

What we have in place
  • We currently have A handbook from 2016, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have NDA Language, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to Reduce our losses from COVID deficits.

We do not have an HR leader on staff but need to make our handbook more current. We want to ensure we are following new laws and regulations based on CA standards.
