- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
What we have in place
- We currently have previous satisfaction survey questions and data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ideas for what we want to know going forward, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to direct funds into enhancing services
This project is important due to it will assist in developing programs, ensuring our programs are effective and that we are provided the services individuals are seeking.The information will be used to improve our services

Our mission
We empower individuals with disabilities and other barriers to independence through enhanced vocational, social and life skill training and services.
What we do
We serve individuals with disabilities through supporting them to pursue a way of life that is productive, meaningful and most of all fulfilling. We offer paid vocational training, job placement assistance, volunteering opportunities, creative art classes, social enterprises (you really need to check out our hydroponic farm - Arnold Farms) along with provide the necessary supports for individuals to live as independently as possible in their community.
