What we need
  • Tightly-written web copy of up to to eight pages of 200-300 words each
  • The opportunity to work closely with an experienced, SEO literate copywriter

We have an existing website as well as a new as yet unpublished website. The unpublished website needs copy writing to update and improve the content on the old website. Our new website has remained unpublished for 2 months as we try to find the time as staff to do the copy writing/editing. We can't seem to find the time, but worse, none of us has any particular skill at web copy writing or at marketing. We need the help of a professional, but haven't had the budget to retain one.

What we have in place
  • We currently have both a live website and a new website currently under construction. Our pages for the new site have been mapped out and some have content already, but content which needs to be edited and updated. We can also provide existing copy about our services, programs and audience, and brand messaging.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,073 , allowing us to improve our outreach and community engagement--both of which are vital to our continued success at providing health and wellness services to the Black LGBTQI community.

Our website is a key outreach and community engagement tool, especially during this period when face-to-face outreach is minimal. Our outdated old website needs to be replaced but cannot be replaced until we have updated our web content.
