  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts

We have a specific marketing need: please help us improve the effectiveness of our recruitment ads! We want to attract new people to the human services field and capitalize on the fact that our industry is a fairly stable one in this time of uncertainty. We also want to differentiate ourselves from other local agencies. Can you get to know us, review our current ads & make recommendations on content and style improvements and maybe even ad placement to help us attract more candidates?

What we have in place
  • We can share our current recruitment ads, our style guide, details about the specific positions we generally need to fill and lots of information on our agency, the area, the need. We have in-house Human Resources and PR staff that can work with you.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to to provide more services that are important to lives of people with disabilities.

The quality and consistency of the important services we provide to people rely on having a fully staffed and trained workforce. People are on waiting lists for services due to lack of staffing. Especially during this stressful time with COVID, we need to reach out in new ways to connect with new potential employees.
