What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications

(The original template is not modifiable what we actually need is:)

A professionally designed layout for a report of 225 pages, in an editable format (Word preferably) and pdf format.

The report should be put into that format. In some weeks, we will receive a French version of the report. It should be also put into the same format.

Work samples are highly appreciated.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the report in Word format, which should make it easy for you to get started, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to realize the work planned for phase 2 of our project, including surveys to better know the needs of our target group.

This is the result report of the first phase of our project. It is targeted to our donor. The project is highly technical and a tad long. Because of this, it is very important for us to present it in an engaging a clear way.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual impact report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Impact Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Impact Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual impact report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications

Our mission

We are seeking to solve the paradox of natural resources in some countries such as the DRC: the difference between the quantity of natural resources and the poverty of the populations. We seek its roots and advocate better governance of natural resources.
