What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details

I drafted my first ever business plan about a year ago. It was a high priority for a short period of time, and I never finished it. Would love to see how to re-envision it and complete it as I foresee needing to share it externally this fall. Thank you!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website that clearly shares our M/V/V & what makes us tick, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to continue to deliver our programs as several of our programs have little to no revenue sources.

We are in confidential discussions with other organizations about potential partnerships and I know we will need to present a clear and current business plan by early - mid-fall.
