Project details

What we need
  • A thorough review of existing training materials to ensure they are effective, engaging, and consistent with the Organization's training goals
  • Edits with respect to tone, length, and method of delivery
  • A document outlining revisions and suggestions for improvement
Additional details

I need to provide a harrassment training for my organization, but really cannot afford to pay for a training online. I have two slide shows provided to me from an insurance company and an online company. We are a small company with 10-20 employees (depending on where COVID takes us in the fall) and just need about a half an hour of training on this subject.

What we have in place
  • We currently have The two power points mentioned, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our harrassment policy, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to put the money back into programs for our teens.

Because we did have a harrassment incident last year and realized that we really need more emphasis on this subject in our organization.

Amanda was great to work with! She was timely and communicated very well. The training she created for The ROCK was very professional and top notch. I cannot wait to actually use it to train our staff on a very important topic.
