Individual Donor Letter
Individual Donor Letter
Project details
What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
I want to reach out to our most reliable donors and ask them to make high dollar recurring gifts at least until COVID allows us to do in-person events again. I want to suggest this is for sustainability and we'll give 20% to the endowment and 80% to operations.
What we have in place
- We currently have letters and other materials from previous appeals, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have folks interested in providing feedback, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to buy PPE for older adults who need it.
We are a senior services org and our members are all high risk for COVID which means we have to be even more careful than most about bringing people together. This means fundraising is going ot be a challenge!
Project plan
Our mission
Capitol Hill Village works to make Capitol Hill in DC the best place to live a long life.
What we do
Capitol Hill Village mobilizes volunteers to prevent social isolation and help keep older adults healthy, connected and engaged as they age in place on their own terms.
Testimonials
Chatterjee is very knowledgeable and professional. He shared resources with me that went beyond the specifics that we asked for, and I feel that I'm in a much better position to execute my fundraising plan due to his help.
