What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details

i would like also to know different forms of writing a story on social media while posting an event or a success story

What we have in place
  • We currently have pictures,community news, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have internal stories, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to give to he women to increase their small income generating activities for family development and move from poverty.

it will definitely help the organisation because we have a lot of stories that we would like to share but find it difficult to post them on time.This will help to publish them in different forms and at the right time

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
