Project details

What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details

We are looking for someone who can help us format our Annual Report.

The report usually ends up being 6-8 pages, 8.5x11 standard size paper.

We have the content and we have the ability to print professionally, but we need help with formatting and help create graphs and visuals of our numbers and stats.

We would need the report in a print ready format (jpeg or pdf) as well as a PDF that is small enough to email to our donors and practices.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our previous annual reports and the content for this year, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have high res logo graphics and some photos., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to allocate that money towards direct cost of care for our current clients as well as help any new clients that come our way.

We need a nice annual report to send out to our donors and partners. This helps us highlight what we have accomplished in the past year and what we have planned for the future.

It is also required for us to send an annual report with many of our grant applications.
