Additional context
At United Way of Washtenaw County we provide free financial coaching and have used a Salesforce App called Change Machine to track client data and progress. Change Machine is not fully customized and we still track data outside of Salesforce. We want to figure out the best way to manage all of our data needs in one place as much as possible.
