What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We need a creation of a new Employee Handbook because we plan to start employing staff at our foundation.

What we have in place
  • We currently have employees contract, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have personnel manual, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,380 , allowing us to manage the printing of the handbook to all staff and add to allowence that are not included in salaries

It will help our organization to strengthening the relationship with staff and create sense of transparency. It will be easy way to help staff understand our organization as well as those outside our organization.

To create an environment to address matters facing adolescent girls, young mothers and their children pertaining to their health, social discrimination, gender based violence, educational, legal and financial needs.

What we do

- Advocacy and Awareness on Gender Based Violence and Women's rights
- Education Empowerment mainly in Vocational Skills
- Economic Empowerment mainly in entrepreneurship skills
- Promoting access to right informationfor awareness on Health Issues mainly focusing on mental health support, counselling, Sexual and Reproductive health
- Child Program mainly focusing on child care for children of young mothers
