I need a flyer made out of a chart that is used by the phlebotomist on our van. They use this chart to remember in what order the tubes of blood should be filled up in.
What we have in place
- We currently have the chart with content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an example of what it could look like and branding info, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to keep purchasing blood draw supplies for the van
this help the phlebotomist on the van stay organized with the patients' blood

Our mission
To improve liver health for all by providing mobile liver health screenings and linkage to care.
What we do
The DeLIVER Care Van is a mobile hepatitis C clinic. We offer every service along the hepatitis C care cascade from screening to treatment. We are a new program and have been on the streets offering our services to San Francisco since January 2019. We first started as only a mobile testing unit, but in May (only 5 months after being operational) we were able to start offering hepatitis C treatment on the van. We are a one-stop shop for folks curious about their hepatitis C status and for folks interested in getting their hepatitis C cured.
