What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications

We have drafted a 5-year strategic plan which we now need to be formatted for distribution to our diverse stakeholder group. We'd like a high-impact, engaging report to include compelling graphics and images that reinforce our messaging and align with existing communications materials.

What we have in place
  • We currently have finalized copy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some imagery and graphic elements, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to invest in fundraising efforts to support our operations.

This is the first strategic plan created and adopted by the Atlanta Land Trust. The plan clarifies the organization's goals and identifies priorities to position the organization for future growth. This strategic plan serve as an institutional roadmap, supported by research and analysis, to guide ALT and advance the organization's mission over the next five years. ALT is at a critical juncture wherein we need to shift from a start-up organization to a growth and scaling phase.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual impact report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Impact Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Impact Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual impact report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications

What we do

The Atlanta Land Trust works to develop affordable housing in the city of Atlanta through the community land trust model. We want to ensure that as the Atlanta BeltLine project is developed, low-income and legacy residents can afford to remain in their communities and enjoy the amenities the project offers.
