What we need
- Original design for one flyer provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details
We have a current mailing we sent out last year for a fundraising effort towards operational funds. We have had a consistent response for 4 years and hope we can again this year. We are looking for a little updated look on our current flyer and some help tweaking the "ask" during COVID 19 times. We also include the recent years of donations for each donor on this mailing using a merge. We would so appreciate some help updating last years mailing.
What we have in place
- We currently have last years card (mailing), which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have information and pictures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,550 , allowing us to save time and effort from our internal office creating this mailing and it will look more professional using the expertise of a volunteer with graphic design skills.
Our goal is to raise about $16,000 annually from this "campaign" towards operational funds. This effort will help us reach our operating budget.

Our mission
To provide an opportunity for groups or individuals to leave a legacy through contributions, which build a permanent community fund committed to meeting the changing needs of the Waseca area.
What we do
We host over 60 fund within our family of funds. We administer grants for our county 2 times a year to non profits and government agencies. We grant out over $300,000 annually to those grant applicants including scholarships for high school graduations and non-traditional students. Our impact is far reaching and we are so blessed with the generosity of many donors to our community foundation.
