Hello! I am searching for a seasoned event coordinator to analyze our current events and provide coaching to help us bring them to the next level. In recent years, we have struggled to bring in significant dollars and new donors through our events. We have also experienced significant growth over the past three years, both in staff members and community recognition. I would love help coming up with a plan for each event; how can we bring it to the next level, better execution, and make more $$.
What we have in place
- We currently have a dedicated Events Director who is eager to get started, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have detailed plans for our events, past event outcomes, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to feed one mini horse for 6 months.
TRAK Ranch is a booming non-profit in Tucson, providing much needed therapeutic services to both children and adults in our community. Our assets eat...a lot! Most of our funding goes towards feeding our animals, leaving little left for staff development and resources. We need to bring our events to the next level. Not only to bring in significant dollars, new donors and community partners; but also to reflect our growth that we have experienced as an organization and serve our community!

Our mission
Strengthening kids and community through animal interaction. Program is focused on children with and without specific challenges. The focus of the program is to offer participants opportunities to provide service to people and animals of the community. Participants will receive specific educational skills, business, and vocational training that will aid in their efforts to help themselves, each other and their community.
