Project topic

I'd like some help with identifying call center options for taking live calls instead of having callers leave voicemail. We are federally funded to run a call center that is down because of Covid

Our Mission

The National Clinician Consultation Center's mission is to improve patient health outcomes by building the capacity of healthcare providers through expert clinical consultation and education.

What We Do

We provide immediate, expert advice to healthcare providers managing patients with HIV, hepatitis C, substance use disorders, perinatal HIV, or blood borne pathogen exposures. We also advise providers who prescribe pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).


I really appreciated my call with Lucas. I had provided him additional information about our technical issue in advance of our call. He himself had also conducted research in advance and was able to provide me valuable resources that were specific to our needs. I felt he truly understood our technological needs and helped me identify a cogent strategy for tacking our issue. I greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness and generosity with his time.
