Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
Any relevant content about employee safety, sick leave, etc. related to COVID-19
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing Employee Handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have this year's employee review form, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to continue to operate despite the loss of revenue related to the Museum's current closure
While the Museum is closed due to COVID-19, we are working to update policies and procedures and increase our use of technology so that we can work remotely more easily and will be able to work more efficiently when we reopen. We need an updated employee handbook that reflects these goals.
