What we need
- A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
What we have in place
- This is my first year with Aid in Milan, and I would love to bring our Impact Report from a plain, bullet-point list of statistics to an engaging report filled with all kinds of stories and information about how we serve our community! I have data/demographics for our client base and seasonal programs, as well as lots of news about exciting new programs we have launched over the past year. I also have access to photos that can be utilized.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to provide 192 visits to our food pantry or provide 802 weekend food bags to low-income students facing housing instability.
This is a critical report because it's the first year we are ever holding an Annual Campaign, which means our long-time donors, as well as new donors, will be asked to directly contribute to our general fund than just give a "random" gift or program-specific gift. There has never been an official Impact Report, just a sheet of paper with bullet points featuring statistics. I would love to add a WOW factor when they open this mailing!
