We’re celebrating National Volunteer Month & the incredible 762,592 hours given by Catchafire volunteers! Nonprofits wanted to say thank you - watch the video!
I need someone to please translate some documents into Spanish. I have translated a few of the below documents using google translations. I need someone to read over the translations of 1 survey, 1 consent form, 1 medical release form, 3 appointment slips, 1 fibroscan report card, clinic services flyer, & 1 schedule flyer. The survey is the longest, everything else is either 1 page or way less.
This is important because we are a non-profit organization that offers free hepatitis C and treatment to people experiencing homeless. The new shelter we will be going to has several Spanish speaking patients who need our forms available in Spanish.
To improve liver health for all by providing mobile liver health screenings and linkage to care.
The DeLIVER Care Van is a mobile hepatitis C clinic. We offer every service along the hepatitis C care cascade from screening to treatment. We are a new program and have been on the streets offering our services to San Francisco since January 2019. We first started as only a mobile testing unit, but in May (only 5 months after being operational) we were able to start offering hepatitis C treatment on the van. We are a one-stop shop for folks curious about their hepatitis C status and for folks interested in getting their hepatitis C cured.
I really enjoyed working with Margarita. She is very professional and got the work done really quick. I'd love to have her be our volunteer again!
