What we need
- Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
- Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details
We are launching an inaugural OkTEALlberfest Gala and Auction in October 2020 and need to create a high impact invitation. The invitation will include our event logo (already designed) and be similar to our sponsorship brochure (already designed). Final product must be ready for printing as well as in graphics for posting on social media.
What we have in place
- We currently have an event logo and sponsorship packet, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have all the details regarding the event., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to devote these dollars to underwriting other costs of this event as well as underwrite survivors services that we provide such as support groups and webinars.
MIOCA is hosting the inaugural OkTEALberfest Gala & Auction on October 17, 2020 as a new opportunity for us to celebrate survivors and to support the caretakers and loved ones of those fighting and lost too soon. This new event furthers our mission to save lives of women and girls by promoting the early detection of ovarian cancer and improved treatment outcomes. The invitation will be our key marketing piece to invite attendees to event. Final product must for print and social media.

Our mission
The Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MIOCA) strives to save lives by promoting the early detection of ovarian cancer and improved treatment outcomes. MIOCA raises awareness of ovarian cancer, provides resources and support to survivors and their families, advocates both locally and federally, educates Michigan communities, and funds innovative ovarian cancer research.
