What we need
- Visual branding guidelines/style guide in .pdf and/or print format that includes specific colors, primary and secondary typefaces, minimum size and buffer space for logo, examples of incorrect logo usage, and any other graphic design elements, to guide use in print and digital communications materials
Additional details
We have a very limited website style guide that only includes one primary font family and primary colors. I'd like to expand upon that to make a complete brand style guide that also includes flier and e-newsletter design guidelines for staff who primarily use Canva and Constant Contact.
What we have in place
- We currently have logos, primary brand colors, primary fonts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have old flier & PPT templates, email & social media examples, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to have more funds for printing essential outreach pieces we need to reach more families and schools at a critical time.
Without a visual brand style guide, we don't have any organized consistency among projects. This will serve as the foundation for future projects, such as flier designs by non-MarComm staff, e-newsletters, social media campaigns, print collateral, and a website redesign (further down the road).
