  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
  • We currently have job descriptions and performance reviews, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated project lead, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to focus on mission-critical work.

We are looking to develop a compensation package that fits our annual budget while allowing us to remain competitive and attract top talent.
