Project details

What we need
  • A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details

We're an environmental nonprofit. Just about all of our programming takes place in groups and gatherings. This is our 80th anniversary year and the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. We'd like a letter directed to individual donors tied to Earth Day, our mission, and why protecting environmental resources is critical for healthy and thriving communities.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a clear mission/vision, annual reports, marketing brochure, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have raw date for 2019 and some for this year, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to develop online programming and resources to help our stakeholders and the public continue to reduce, reuse and recycle safely during the COVID-19 outbreak

We need help sharing our stories to show supporters and others how we serve Pennsylvania residents with on the ground opportunities to prevent waste and conserve natural resources. By sharing these stories, we hope to encourage more giving.

Testimonials

Tom was phenomenal! His expertise and insights helped us craft a letter that was both compelling re: our needs and sensitive to the current COVID-19 crisis. A perfect balance that is not easy to achieve. We worried about sending a fundraising letter out for an environmental cause when there was so much need in the health and human services sector. With Tom's help, we were able to reach out to our network in a respectful way. This quick campaign generated 38 new donors/members to PRC, and formed the basis for further outreach on #GivingTuesdayNow. Tom got the draft to us earlier than expected and was responsive to all of our communications and questions. We would definitely work with Tom again and highly recommend him to other organizations. Thank you, Tom!
