Hello and thank you in advance for your interest in helping put together an infographic for our annual report!

My name is Chris and I'm a volunteer at Hope's Corner, a nonprofit located in Mountain View California that serves nutritious breakfasts and lunches, and provides shower/laundry services to those most in need in our community. On a typical day, we have over 200 guests come to Hope's Corner for a meal, a warm shower, an opportunity to have clean clothes, and for a sense of belonging.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo and data for the infographic, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have stories that can be used, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to direct funds to our meal program which will then allow us to provide more meals to those in need.

This project will serve as our annual report for 2019. We decided to simplify the annual report to a one-pager and thought that an infographic page would work well. That's where we could use your help. :)

  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)

Our mission

As community leaders, provide healthy meals, hot showers, linkages to resources, and advocacy for people in need in our community in a dignified and welcoming environment.

What we do

We provide a free hot, nutritious breakfast on Wednesdays and Saturdays and a light breakfast - coffee and bagels on Mondays. We also offer use of onsite, handicap-accessible showers and laundry services on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at times that overlap with our meal program. We provide these programs and services in Downtown Mountain View, near public transporation.
