- Review of current board policies and procedures
- Document outlining best practices for meetings and communication, including cadence and tool recommendations
Additional details
The Bernardine Franciscan Sisters Foundation has a Policies and Procedures Manual which has been reviewed by Directors; however, it has never been reviewed by a professional to determine if the contents are correct/sufficient/correctly worded/necessary. I would like a professional to review the Policies and Procedures Manual.
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing Policies and Procedures Manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have mission and vision statements, grant information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,190 , allowing us to use this money for Ongoing Education and/or emergency funding.
If the Foundation is to successfully carry out its Mission then it needs to be guided by well thought out, relevant, compliant, correct, appropriate policies and procedures.

The Foundation's Mission is to further the mission of the Bernardine Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis by financially supporting and promoting their charitable works as well as works related to the healthcare, education and human service needs of the Virginia Peninsula.
