We are seeking support to help us develop informational materials about the census and encouraging immigrants and refugees to participate. We'd also like to develop some videos and photos

  • We currently have Yes we have all of the above, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Clients and grassroots leaders that can be interviewed to ca, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to Pay stipends to our census canvassers

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)

SIREN’s mission is to empower low-income immigrants and refugees in Northern California through community education and organizing, leadership development, policy advocacy and naturalization services.  We believe that all people regardless of legal status or nationality are entitled to essential services, human dignity, basic rights and protections, and access to full participation in society.
