What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
  • We currently have our current handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staffmember dedicated to assist you., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to invest more in our community programs.

Our goal is for our Personnel Handbook to be up-to-date legally and socially.

Combining social services and community health, Valley Assistance Services guides seniors, individuals and families to live healthy, resilient, and vibrant lives, while remaining safe and independent.

What we do

Through 11 independent programs, Valley Assistance Services provides a hand up to persons in need in our community. Services include: financial assistance, workforce literacy training, personal finance education, Fall prevention, senior transportation, Registered Nurse advocacy, after hospital discharge RN support, dementia and parkinson's disease support, senior socialiazation and support groups
