Board Organizational Guidelines

Project details

What we need
  • Review of current board policies and procedures
  • Document outlining best practices for meetings and communication, including cadence and tool recommendations
What we have in place
  • We currently have Original governance Charter board procedures and policies, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A dedicated interim program manager and board member to this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,610 , allowing us to redirect funding to better support our interim programs manager as well as support our community advocacy, in ways such as trainings.

The current board was only seated about a year ago, and we've been having some issues working together in the most effective way. Completing this goal will allow each board member to work together successfully and lay down the foundation for future collaboration.
